DIRECT BILLING PROCESS

Step 1: Show your valid insurance card and ID number/passport to Yersin team. For children, a birth certificate will be required.
Step 2: Sign the guarantee commitment directly billing form to allow us to release your medical information to your insurance company.
Step 3: Yersin team will process direct billing to confirm based on the doctor's diagnosis. If your insurance company requires you to settle the bill first and claim reimbursement afterwards. We will provide the medical record, invoice and all necessary documents related to your payments.

Remark: The direct billing process usually takes time, please arrange for your schedule to avoid affecting your time.
